PM 4ryan6 and request he send you his links for the pirate copys of XP Professional.

He'll be sure to sort you out, he condones pirating to the fullest extent.

You can upgrade any XP CD to SP2, its easy and there are directions all over the place.

Create an answerfile and turn it into an unattended install disc while you are at it.

I have mine set up so that all it all it stops for is the partioning.

3:30 minutes after poping in the CD I spend 15 seconds setting up the partions 13 minutes latter I have a clean install of XP SP2.

Everytime a friend needs to install XP I just modify my anserfile with their CD key and burn them a disc.

You might want to find a place with high speed internet and download SP2.. like a Library or an internet cafe place. Pay the couple dollars for the time downloading and be done with it. It'll be cheaper, faster, a little extra work.
Don't buy a new CD of XP unless you really need another license of it.
