[SOLVED] Can I game on a old server machine transformed

I recently picked a free but old dell poweredge 2950 with 40GB of DDR2 ram with dual Xeon x5355 CPU's. I was wondering if I could just throw in a low profile 1650 so that I can game while away since my laptop is too weak to even run minecraft at 50fps. I would not be playing anything intensive just games along the lines of hotline miami 1 & 2 and half-life 2. My internet can more than handle it so I was just wondering if the hardware would hold me back.

Games might not scale well on dual socketed motherboard... yeah sure you could run those games with minimum 60fps.
