[SOLVED] Can it run my system?

I Have 450w psu (acbel) and it doesn't have 80 plus.i calculated its power to be around 335w.Can it run my system?

It can run your system. Just like a drunk driver can drive a car.

I would not run a junky group-regulated PSU with a GPU that requires supplementary power. But you might have a personality more interested in gambling than me.

How did you calculate the power?
It is on the sticker and you should pay most notice to the +12V rail

No.
A GTX960 requires at least a 6 pin pcie power connector which your psu does not have.
If it were capable, the psu would have such a connector.
Do not try to use some sort of adapters.
An overloaded psu is dangerous, not only to itself, but to all the components connected if it should fail
