Your 250 watt power supply is well below the 400 watt power supply recommended by AMD. I would not recommend adding that (or any) card to your system without first upgrading the power supply.

Can you also tell me what do I need to know when replacing a PSU? . I am going to reward you with the best answer regardless

You just need to know that the motherboard has the proper main power connector (20+4 pin) and whether or not your current power supply is a standard ATX power supply. Given the image that you've provided, it looks like it is, but you need to make sure. Tale a picture of the back of the case where the power supply is mounted and post it here.
