My PSU has 250W , here is a pic of it:

My other components are : 1x8 GB hyperx fury black stick
I3 6098p
Motherboard is MS 7996 , same as H110M PRO VD
Looking forward to getting the answer as fast as possible
 
Solution
Your 250 watt power supply is well below the 400 watt power supply recommended by AMD. I would not recommend adding that (or any) card to your system without first upgrading the power supply.

You just need to know that the motherboard has the proper main power connector (20+4 pin) and whether or not your current power supply is a standard ATX power supply. Given the image that you've provided, it looks like it is, but you need to make sure. Tale a picture of the back of the case where the power supply is mounted and post it here.
