Hey, so about a week ago when I plugged my headset (HyperX Alpha Pro) into the PC a sound software popped up. I don't remember installing it, I don't remember the name but I remember the looks. I had never seen it before so idk ahaha.
It's still on my PC somewhere but I can't find it and I've also tried to plug the headset back in many times but it won't pop up again :/
The software was black and red and you could set a few settings for the headset. You could also see if the 3.5mm jacks were plugged into the front ports or the back ports. You could also change the mic gain, volume etc.
I have no Idea where this software came from, but I liked it when I tried to use it.

Sorry for the vague explanation, but if you know a software that looks like this, let me know.

Mobo:
MSI MAG TOMAHAWK

Okay, so I managed to find it! When you plug a headset into a windows pc (atleast on mine), there's small box that pops up in the bottom right corner. I pressed the box and the app opened up! The name is "Realtek Audio Console".
Looks like the app takes what windows offer in the audio settings, but makes it look a lot better and easier but also adds a small amount of extra features. Hmm interesting, thanks for the help, it's much appreciated.
