Question Can someone PLEASE fix my pc?

So, about a month ago, an issue started where after 7 minutes from boot, my pc would start to skip. It would pretty much be running at 5 Frames Per Second. To go with that, my audio also is skipping and sounds terrible. My pc is unusable.
My Specs are:
Ryzen 5 3600x
Geforce 2070 Super
Msi Gaming Plus MB
I'm not sure what else you guys need, but please please help me.

What are your temps and voltages? Several min after boot, would be the right time to overheat.

I'm not that tech savvy, so what do you mean by RAM configuration? I only have an HDD and it's empty. I just did a full reset on my pc.

Your RAM, is it 2x4gb, 2x8gb or something else? What speed is it?

From that userbenchmark I can see that you're running your 3200MHz RAM at 2666MHz. If the 2 sticks are in the appropriate slots and the XMP profile is activated for the RAM in the BIOS your RAM should be running at 3200MHz. Look in your BIOS and make sure the XMP profile is set to the 3200MHz one.

What are your temperatures at idle and load for the CPU and GPU?

I set my ram to 3200 in the BIOS, and it is still doing it, however, it's not as bad as before.

I don't know where youre located, but for $200 most shops would diagnose and probably fix any issues that don't involve new parts. But from what im seeing, it sounds like the voltage regulator on your mainboard is starting to fail or get too hot.

I can see 1 problem on the user benchmark results, it is telling you a warning

" High background CPU (28%). High background CPU reduces benchmark accuracy. Find active processes with Windows task manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC). "

You either have a bunch of programs running in the background or some malicious software. Have a look at whats running in the background via task manager. Having a HDD probably isn't helping either.

Try downloading Malwarebytes and running it. It's a free Anti-virus program. You might have some malware installed on your PC. Keep us updated!

No marlware or anything, just did complete reset on my pc yesterday. I ran a malwarebytes again just to be safe.
My CPU was at 18 because of the test, and also having 5 tabs of chrome open talking to people about this.
