Question Cannot update GIGABYTE motherboard BIOS, website not working. HELP

Long story short, I need to update my BIOS to install a new CPU. The GIGABYTE website refuses to allow me to download it. I have a B450 Pro Wifi motherboard and trying to go to the download page directs me to an error screen saying "this webpage has been deleted or is no longer available". So I tried to go to online support, and was also given an error page "support unavailable". I did all steps in several different browsers and devices. What is wrong with their site I am going crazy.

It appears to be working now. I was able to download the latest version, no problem.
