[SOLVED] Can't get to BIOS

I recently upgraded CPU, memory and motherboard. My motherboard is the gigabyte B450M DS3H. When I normally boot into windows, I don't get any splash screen and after a little the windows log in screen shows. Whenever I try to get into the BIOS (Whether it's by pressing the DEL key on boot or by doing it manually from the windows 10 settings) It doesn't show and my monitor switches off, indicating it's not getting a signal. My PC stays on forever until I manually switch the psu off. I'm trying to get into the BIOS to easily overclock my CPU since I've never done it, but I can't even get into the thing. Disable BIOS Quick Boot feature by following manual's procedure.
U may have to temporarily hook up monitor to iGPU.
