I have the microsort wireless networking kit installed on
two computers. I have recently bought a used laptop with
a Linksys wireless card. The two desktops can "see" th3
other two machines but the laptop can only see the Main
computer. Also the only way I can share files is via the
networking utility as I cannot see the other computers
via "My Network". At work i can Map a network drive to
any comnputer or file on the network. All i can see in
the directory tree below Microsoft network is the work
group name.

HELP!

Sounds like you're missing some of the networking components like Client for
Microsoft Networks, File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks and
perhaps Internet Protocol (TCP/IP). Check in the properties of your LAN
connections on the general tab. If you continue to have issues, I would
post to one of the networking newsgroups according to the operating system,
like microsoft.public.windowsxp.network_web if it is Windows XP.
