Question Capacitor leaking?

Those capacitors are solid polymer and not a wet-film type electrolytic so there's nothing to leak.

The wet spot is most likely leaching out of the thermal pads under the heatsinks covering the FET's in the CPU VRM. It's very common and of no concern.
Guess I gotta go back to trouble shooting..

Getting a "Hardware Failure detected" running aida64, but can stress test my cpu using Intel Extreme Tuning Utility for an hour straight and it's all good..
