Capped at 60 fps on dayz very low

Im on game that has a cool mod called DayZ. When im on very high i get around 50-60 fps. When i put everything on very low it just stays at 60 fps and it won't go above 60 fps. Please help!

Processor - Amd Phenom(tm) II x6 1035T Processor (6 CPUs), ~2.6GHz
Memory - 8192MB RAM
Graphics card - AMD Radeon HD 7870

That will be V-sync holding your fps at 60, but I would NOT recommend turning it off as the games physics will turn awful and will make the experience less enjoyable that before.

V-sync is the culprit, it's used to stop screen tearing. Turn it off in catalyst center if you want.
