CASE problem: Phanteks P400S TG or Fractal Design Meshify C TG?

I'm about to pick a midtower model for my new system build but can't decide

I'm thinking of a Phanteks P400S TG or Fractal Design Meshify C TG. Both look good but what you think of them? Any better features then the other or?

From my research in the past:
I really liked the aesthetics of the Phanteks P400 series however I didn't purchase it because of the reviews. The design results in poor front intake airflow.
My vote is the Fractal Design Meshify C TG all day long.

Just look at the front panel of the case compared to the meshify. If you're installing high end gear into that system you're going to need the meshify's mesh for adequate front intake. If you're putting mid to low end gear into the phanteks, and you like the case, go for it. It will be fine.

Well on the P400S i do like that black/white edition, especially with the small leds.

However i do like the front of the meshify C too, looks pretty good.

And i think that the front panel of the P400S can't do any air flow from outside into the system (if you install fans) while the meshify c can ?

What you mean with high end gear , cant you also put hight end gear into the P400S?

Front air intake will be better with the meshify. Yes you can put high end gear into the p400, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Yes you will get some front air intake.

Argh, very hard decision, i both like the cases. I know the Fractal has very good build quality and cable management so i think the P400S too so ....

What hardware are you going to install in the case?

rx580 8gb, ryzen 5 2600 cpu, 16gb ddr4 ram, b450 mainboard

ssd m2 sata 6 and an ide hdd 7200 . psu 650 gold+

pretty basic now

See it's basic now, but in the future you're going to want to upgrade the graphics to a something more powerful. Go with the meshify for better air flow.

Yes true, in the future probably some more.

However i must say i do like the p400s, (especially in black/white version) with the leds and everything. I do think the p400s has also some (good) airflow but probably not as good as the mesh.

Still i won't OC this system to the end so not sure if front airflow would that be important to me .

The graphics cards you put in there will be what generates heat.

i think both are well equipped and both have good cable management. Looks are different. Price is almost the same.
