The case you picked out is a Micro ATX case (mid-sized). Your motherboard is a ATX (full sized). It won't fit. Sorry. :(

If you're asking me - you need to change your motherboard to a micro Atx one. The case suggested by CapperDom (above) is a joke. It is not the size case you are looking for.

Your third link down didn't work so I don't know what that is BUT if I would have known you were willing to upgrade your CPU and RAM in the beginning we could have solved your dilemma a lot sooner!
The answer to your question is YES you can use your GTX 460 (and gain a much better computer also)! Good luck with your build.

Now that I had more time and could dig into it more I realized that you can't use that case. That 300 watt PSU that comes with the case is okay for the i3-2100 but falls well below the recommended 450 watts for your GTX 460. After an hour searching all my sources I can not find a suitable PSU to fit that case. Your going to have to rethink this build. Can you use another case? A micro tower would be the smallest case you could use something like one of these:

but even then I'm worried about the heat that will be generated by that GTX 460.
