Question Change from AMD to NVIDIA GPU - No Display

I swapped my RX 6600 to my friend's 1070Ti, I forgot that I have enabled REBAR in the Bios beforehand for the SAM in AMD GPUs. Now that I plugged in the 1070Ti, it does not display.

The 1070Ti was working fine in my friend's system btw.

I tried removing the CMOS battery, but still no display. What do I do?

Specs:
Ryzen 5 5600x
Asrock B550M Pro4
Gigabyte GTX 1070Ti
16GB RAM
750W ROG PSU

Use the "Clear CMOS Jumper" labeled CLRCMOS1 per your motherboard manual. Turn off the computer and unplug the PSU, then short the pins for 3 seconds.

How do I short the pins without the 2-pin jumper? Do you have any idea on how?

A small screwdriver or any bare metal thing, paperclip or wire, all it takes is couple of seconds.
