Choosing a i5k CPU

I don't know which Overclockable i5 CPU to get. I haven't got a motherboard yet so this is the decider on what motherboard to get. If you can suggest a motherboard as well please do. This is for gaming.

CPU needs:

At least 4.2 ghz stable OC
Under £180

Motherboard needs:

At least 16gb possible RAM
Not too expensive
Available to Xfire/SLI

OR will haswell be such a change in the CPU market that i should wait until then because i'm in no rush to make this.
OR an AMD CPU?
