[SOLVED] CMD pops up randomly ?

A couple of days ago I installed a patch for Photoshop and right after that I am facing this problem. This cmd window pops up at startup and after that it randomly pops up and disappears. This is really annoying. I have tried everything, Malwarebytes, Rkill, running tronscipt, hitman pro. The problem is still there. Please help.

Was this an official patch from Adobe to fix an issue ?

If not, where did get the get the patch and what was it's specific purpose ?

No obviously not an official patch from Adobe. My problem is fixed now.
I used a tool called Autoruns. I identified the bug and deleted it.
