Compatable 450w with gtx650?

could someone tell me if i can install my new graphics GTX650 if my Pc has 450w?

Get hd 7750 instead of gtx 650.it is better performer than gtx 650 and consumes less power.hd 7750 will work with your psu

hi,
problem is i have already bought the gtx, and was told 450w would be fine, but having read the manual for gtx650 it says min 500w :-(
I have also bought a new cpu which i am yet to install
