[SOLVED] Compatibility of "Sapphire RX 580 Special Edition" graphics card with the "Intel DH55HC" motherboard

I installed my graphic card "Sapphire RX 580 on a motherboard" Intel DH55HC "with processor" Core I5 650 "and it does not show video, I need to know if there is compatibility, what solution exists to be able to use it on that motherboard.

The current bios that I have installed is the TCIBX10H.86A Version: 0048 of Date: 12/06/2011, What procedure can I perform to determine what is the fault in the intel motherboard DH55HC? The graphic has worked on another generic motherboard without problems ...

It is a pre 2012 BIOS , but it is the latest so that's not the issue. A lot of BIOS setups pre 2012 can't run newer generation cards, Could be the issue. Some H61 chipsets won't run them too.

There will be some way to modify the bios, or force it to recognize it. Could an alternative be using a "Riser" to connect from there? or what do you recommend I can do ?

Not really , it's just the age of the board and the BIOS not designed to recognize newer hardware.

Yes.
I connected them to test it in a DVI and in two of the HDMI
