It's not really a problem I don't think but...

Sometimes (Not all the times) whenever I go to press the button to turn on my PC, it turns off for around 2 seconds and then boots back up - nothing bad happens, it just boots up as normal, no boot loop, no errors, it will never turn off by itself forever, it will always turn back on during booting.

It's a small little 'problem', but I was just wondering why it does this?

I've built this computer 8 months ago. Still working like a champ but it's just this little 'moment' when I boot it up.

My Specs :

Intel Core i5-9600K
Asus ROG STRIX Z390-H
16 RAM
RTX 2070
Corsair TXM Gold 750 W 80+ Gold
Windows 10 Home

Thankyou for looking!

Hi,

This issue could be caused by a number of things, there are alot of variables.

In my experience, sometimes external devices such as External HDD's, certain peripherals etc. can cause boot loops due to intermittent faults hardware or software wise within that device.
Do you have any other I/O devices connected to your Motherboard besides Keyboard and Mouse?
Have you flashed your BIOS to the latest version?
What drives are you using for storage?
Is your version of Windows legit?
