Computer comes on at midnight!

Can't figure out how to prevent my computer from coming on at the stroke of midnight. Checked with sales people, they don't know. Looked at obvious, can't find anything there. Can anyone help.

do a Virus scan or don't put it on stand-by/sleep.

Check your bios, may have wake on lan enabled with something activating it or have an alarm set to turn on at a set time.
I know my own machine does that (asus mobo) in the mornings for me, set it up as an alarm clock with winamp
