Whenever I accidentaly hit my PC, it restarts. Sometimes it boots just fine, other times it tries to boot windows, but then it says there is an error and then it troubleshoots, but is unable to fix it. If that happens I have to unplug my SSD and Hard Drive and leave my other SSD with windows plugged in. Then it works. For some reason if my PC crashes and I don't unplug my other drives, my drive with windows doesn't show up in the boot order in BIOS. If I switch it to legacy+UEFI, then my SSD with windows on it shows up. To fix that I just unplug the other drives. Today when it restarted and didn't turn on, I tried making sure everything was plugged in, which it was, and then booted my computer, but it wouldn't even get to try to boot. The motherboard LED was stuck on DRAM(MSI B450 Gaming Plus Max), so I switched the RAM sticks, and then my PC booted, but I got an error saying something about RAM overclocking error, so I turned off the overclock I had on the RAM. Then my PC booted just fine. Is my RAM the cause for my computer crashing? Was it the overclock? Also I haven't hit my PC again so I don't know if i fixed the error by undoing the overclock.

It seems like your oc was an issues, yes. But it sounds really weird that hitting your computer, which you shouldn't really do, would have any reason for your oc to cause a crash.
Seems more like something is loose in your pc. Could be something in you PSU even. You should inspect your hardware, not just cables but CPU (take it out completely) and also take out your PSU and listen if it rattles (carefully!).

Don't hit your pc. If location is an issue, move it.

Post when you have inspected the hardware.
