Question Computer won’t boot comes on briefly and turns off

Ok so we left town because of a hurricane and we came back home I plugged my pc back up and tried to turn it on and my Pau sparked not my leds on the mb will come on but my fans and pc will start and then stop after a second any idea on if the Pau is dead?

PSU might be dead. Any beeps? (or does it not even make it that far?) I wouldn't try to start it over and over and over. Any reputable computer repair shop can check to see if the PSU is toast quickly.

I let it sit for a while and it came on so I’m not sure it working now I just don’t know why it did that
