Unsafe shutdown count and Power-off retract count. Are those are concerning values? I usually using this drive attached to a router, so maybe because of that?

Unsafe Shutdown Count (Power-off Retract Count)

The raw value reports the cumulative number of unsafe (unclean) shutdown events over the life of the device. An unsafe shutdown occurs whenever the device is powered off without STANDBY IMMEDIATE being the last command.

To minimise problems when connected to a Windows box, you can "optimise for quick removal". This disables write caching. It goes without saying that you should always safely eject the drive rather than simply pulling the plug.

A power-off retract or emergency retract is when the drive retracts the heads off the spinning platters and onto the loading ramp (or landing zone) before the platters have spun down. To do this, the kinetic energy of the spinning motor is converted into electrical energy which then drives the voice coil. Essentially the motor becomes a generator.
