Confused with MOBO and RAM

is this RAM http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.asp?Model=P67%20Extreme4
is supported by This Motherboard?:http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.asp?Model=P67%20Extreme4
i saw the memory support list in my motherboard but their is no F3-12800CL9S-2GBXL / F3-12800CL9D-4GBXL in my MOBO memory support list but in the g.skill website
Asrock P67 extreme 4 is in the qualified motherboard list

I'm so confused right now

Asrock most likely didn't get around to test the memory chips. Remember, there are thousands of different memory modules, do you think they have the time to test EVERY single one?
