Question Constant lag spikes and extreme ping when playing rust

I have 7,000 on pc rust. As of 3 days ago I am no longer able to play because every server i join on I have outrageous ping despite being on ethernet with insanely good speeds. I have deleted and re installed rust. reset my dns, ip address, changed my dns server, made rust run high priority on task manager, changed in game settings, and a few other things that im probably leaving out. Below is a video of what is happening along with my internet speeds. Ive tried everything i can think of and cant find anything with a good answer anywhere on the web. If someone can help me out I owe them big time. Thank you for your time.
