Hi everyone
I have a problem with my EIDE Harddisk its a Western Digital Yesterday my PC crashed when i was playing a game, after the reboot my PC booted normaly ,bios finds the Harddisk no errors or anything but at the screen with: Searching for boot record IDE-0 found.....OK the pc restarts thats what its doing all the time now i don't get into Windows anymore. I have tried some things but they all didn't work. I have tried that diagnostics utility from Western Digital to scan my HD but there were no errors and I tried the Harddisk at diffrent PC its all the same, then i took another HD as Master and the damaged HD as Slave windows boots normaly and i can see the HD at windows but when i trie to click on it it sais the harddisk is not formated.

I have no idea what the hell I can do now.
Can some 1 help me? plz =)
Is the HD damaged or am I able to repair it or get my software back somehow?

Sorry for my bad english iam german and not that good at english language.

You need to do a software rebuild of your partition table. Active Parition Recovery should work....if you have it that is 😉
