[SOLVED] Convenient Way To Back Up Windows Settings & Installed Programs?

Hey everyone,

So for each computer I've been refurbishing, I've been manually tweaking a bunch of Windows settings and installing utility programs to improve the performance and security of Windows 10.

Is there a way I can create a script, profile, or something to where I can back up the settings I tweaked along with the programs I installed and be able to deploy/load these settings and programs to different computers?
(I thought a system image would be able to do this, but it can't be deployed to multiple PCs.)
