Question Corsair iCue H150i Elite Capellix idle temperature

Hello, everyone. I just finished assembling my new system. Using an Asus Z790 Prime-A motherboard with latest bios, 13900k, and a Corsair H150i Elite Capellix for cooling. All Intel power limits are enforced and I have done nothing except enable XMP. Bios shows a CPU temperature of 46C. I am coming from a 10900k and never owned an 11xxx or 12xxx CPU, so the fact that the idle/bios temperature 16C higher is a bit confusing/concerning. I am using the LGA 1700 specific standoffs. I have tried with the AIO's preapplied paste and cleaning/reapplying/reseating with Arctic silver. There is no improvement. Can anyone give me some feedback as to whether or not I should be concerned and/or if this is common with this CPU/AIO combo. I have scoured Reddit and saw conflicting information. That's just package temperature - the highest temperature of any core at any time. Doesn't tell you what the others are doing at all.
