Hi, i am suffering some issues that randomly happens.

Question: Should i replace the PSU?
Could be that braided extensions causing this? (Even though i been using them for like 2 year and never had this issue before)
PSU: Corsair RM850x

I been monitoring PSU voltages closely with HWInfo i spotted an issue son the 3.3v line wich is causing some issues, SSD dropping erros like its disconnects for 1 sec and closes games forcing me to have to restart the pc to make it come back.
Also i seen some stuttering on the image and sound ONLY when the 3.3v drops to 2.93v, when its over 3 it doesnt do it.
Ive checked the cables inside of the case (i am using high quality extensions that never causes any issues before) and everything was correctly seated.
Also cable extensions are 18AWG wires thicker than normal extensions (Xigmatek is the brand).
The PSU is only 2 years old and never use the pc while thunderstorms of stuff like that happens. Also PSU is plugged straight in wall outlet.
The SSDS are all perfeclty fine also checked that (samsung magician reporsts no errors also did al tests i could run).
Took this screenshot while playing a heavy game. This doesnt happen with light games.

The 12v line goes to the lowest limit. And the 3,3 is 2.928 there is when the stuttering starts. While its at 3+ works ok.
The 3vcc should be 3.3 or close to 3.2 at lowest value i been reading.
Could be PSU is overheating and reducing its efficency? (Its summer here and can do over 30degrees cels sometimes)
Temps are fine also CPU sits at arround 65, Gpu is also 67 or so and ssds are mostly at 55/60 while gaming.
System specs:
i7 11700Kf (Arctic LF 240 AIO) + 32gbs ddr4 gskill + 3080 tuf + 2x samsung evo 970 pro 2tb + 1tb corsair MP510 + Corsair 4000D.
1 LED strip and 4 argb case fans.
I know that software reading can be wrong but these issues i been having matches those low voltages readings.
I need fix this issue because i am planning of getting maybe a 5080 or 4080 i am not sure yet depends on prices.
(Possible PSU relpacement i can get is a Rm850x Shift or a RM750x Shift) at least whats in local store.

Thanks in advance and any advice is welcome.
