[SOLVED] Could this be a bad sign for a gpu?

I guess gpu is crashing the whole system on heavy gpu load. Also i don't know how but my gpu is always on 60-90% "3D usage" on desktop without any background apps and on fresh windows 10 or 11 build (both tested). and its still like it would be idle'ing 40-50 °C.
I need real help!

Mother board: AsRock Z690 PRO RS
PSU: Cooler Master 600 v2
1x nvme m.2 128gb
1x sata SSD 480gb
1x sata HDD 1TB
 
Cooler Master 600 v2
Coolermaster is the brand of the PSU, while 600W is the advertised wattage of the unit. V2 could stipulate it's a revision of an older unit. Could you please mention the model/series of the PSU?
