Question Couple of Questions about a Tablet & Windows 10

Hello all, So I was just given an HP Pro 610 G1 and my immediate reaction is to upgrade it to Windows 10. My first question is, is it even worth it? By that I mean, Is there going to be enough built-in space & will it run ok? If the answer to that is yes, then my second question is can I upgrade it without having to buy a whole nother copy of Windows 10?

There's more than one version of this tablet. Which one do you have? In general I don't personally like the idea of running Windows on a tablet because the tablets are just too limited in resources.
