Please pay attention to image; could it the wireless ADSL modem + AP (e.g., WAG54G) coverage the wireless adapter.
If answer is negative, then if both (wireless modem & wireless adapter), close to window, how?
Again, if answer is negative, then may via Detachable Antenna of any devices that install out of window builds?

The walls will cause problem. If you place Router and Adapter close to windows you may be lucky.
