CPU Fan making a grinding noise on start up? Replacment help.

My CPU fan is making a grinding noise every time I start it up. I know that's most likely a sign it's failing so I need to replace it.

I just have no clue what type of fan nor the correct size for my MOBO. So if you could please point me in the right direction I would be thankful.

MOBO: GIGABYTE GA-M68MT-S2 AM3+ NVIDIA GeForce 7025/nForce 630a chipset Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

CPU: AMD FX-4100 3.6GHz

your fan should still be under warranty. Contact AMD for a replacement.

It's not by AMD it's by Thermaltake and I think even if I got it replaced it would most likely fail again.
