Pc performing below average?

https://www.reddit.com/r/pcmasterrace/search?q=flair_name:"Tech Support"&restrict_sr=1
I did an user benchmark to see why my computer runs games so poorly. \
Here is my benchmark https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/26165262
but when I searched up the i3 6100 on the same website, the percentages are different. https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Intel-Core-i3-6100/Rating/3511
I only recorded how Call of duty Warzone runs because I've had a lot of problems with it but in GTA 5, Battlefield 1 and 5 and etc don't run that good.
Call of duty modern warfare: warzone here:

GTA V average fps was around 40 on normal graphics
Battlefield 1 and 5 around 40ish fps
and that is all I've tested, but from my experience, any other games don't perform better.
the call of duty warzone gameplay fps ranges between 40-60ish fps, BUT the GPU is not used at 100%, the frame time seems very high for me (around 20-30 ms?) making the image very laggy even though i have 60 fps and the weird crash at the end which also happens at other games.
I've seen people with my setup for example this one

which the GPU is at 100% and his CPU at around 75-90% usage. The difference is that he has 16GB of ram and I have 8 but I can upgrade to 16 any time just is it worth it?
Please help.

PS: my GTX 1050 TI is the 75w max model from gigabyte,is that a problem as well?

Solution
well pc is performing as expected for you system specs
2core cpu is on teh low end
battlefield1/5 for sure loves 6 cores or 4core/8threaded cpu

u could gain some few extra min fps/better frame time when u add one more ram stick
