Question Cpu powers on, but stuck at oem logo ( motherboard oem logo )

I bought a custom built pc, everything was working fine, suddenly when i started my pc today the red light ( HDD LIGHT) keeps on and doesnt go past motherboard oem logo, after few minutes it says no bootable device found, and after restart it reads the hard disk,

what i have tried:-

1. cleaning ram
2. bios reset (cmos)
3. tried using a different sata slot
4. reseating the components which i can do

But, none of them works, i guess power supply have some problem ( but it was working fine till yesterday) and hard disk is pretty new ( 3-4 months old )

Please help me to solve this, its very annoying when you have urgent work

When you were in teh BIOS you made sure to go through the Bootable drive options? to ensure that the OS drive is selected first?

Hard disk never got detected in first boot and red light ( hdd light) stays on
