Question Cpu repaste

I have already made a post about my repaste, and about how unhappy I was with the result of the store, however today I went through my downloads and found that they downloaded heaven benchmark, when I was asking them to improve my cpu temp (i7-10750), is this a good indication that they don't know what they are doing, they have agreed to repaste it for free, but I am concerned whether I should take it there or not. Thoughts and opinions?

That may be a valid GPU testing tool, but why are "they" installing stuff on your system without your knowledge or permission?

What else did they put on there?

Yeah, it is possible that they also repasted the gpu and wanted to test it but I am now left in a situation where I have to go back to them because they have my money but I don't trust them.
