Question CPU temp rising !!

I am using a asus tuf gaming laptop (F15, it has a intel 10500H and a 1650 GPU) recently my laptops fans are rapidly spinning and the noice is quiet annoying and started checking the temp and its reaching 95 C, and I checked which app is utilizing it and in task manager CPU utilization is only under 10 percent, still cpu temp is rising to 95. I tried to clean my fan , closed unused applications nothing worked and then I completely reset my laptop only leaving the files and deleting all the softwares I installed and the problem is gone. But later I installed utorrent and now laptop temp suddenly started rising. I uninstalled still same problem, again I checked the CPU usage in task manager it is still under 10 pecent CPU temp is not reducing. Kindly HELP me guys . THANKS IN ADVANCE

Well, your laptop is a few years old now. It's most likely gonna need a teardown, with repsting of thermal paste on your CPU and GPU.
