hi it's my first time posting here
i am getting cpu usage drop recently and this make me lose a lot of fps. when i am playing csgo my cpu usage is at 30 or 40 percent and then it drops at like 10 or 5 percent.
my specs are ryzen 5 2600 , single 8gb of ram, gtx 1660 and 600 w for the power suply. i can't play and idk what to do anymore plz hel.

A single 8gb RAM stick is much less efficient than two 4gb sticks of RAM. All of that data is just going into one single channel, instead of going into two channels. Adding another 8gb stick that is the exact same model number to your system, could help improve performance greatly. Try that, and see if your results improve.
