How much could I get for my AMD Athlon 64 2800+ Socket 754 Processor on ebay?

Yes, it's quite old. Standard clock is 1.8GHz, 512k L2 cache, 800MHz FSB, etc. Also it's max OC is 2.05GHz.

But, it runs fine, and never gets over 45C.

Probably very little. the 2800+ was close to the slowest cpu released for 754, the only chips that tend to hold much value on an older socket are the fastest few models supported by the socket, because people are looking to upgrade without replacing the rest of the system.
