I've got an i7-13700KF that I haven't used much because I've been travelling. If I assume there has been no degradation, is it recommended to update to the newest BIOS (0x12B) and what voltages should I aim to keep the CPU under during stress testing with cinebench to avoid instability and possible degradation?
Also what is the best way to achieve this?

If I were you, I would update the BIOS to the latest version, then clear the CMOS and get about to my tasks. After the way Intel has handled the issue, I'd make sure that all bases were covered, since I've invested into the platform.

Make and model of your motherboard and your current BIOS version?

any advice on what voltages i should be looking not to go over during my stress tests? All ive done is some minor undervoltting using throttle stop (3-4 months ago) and not used the pc much since.
