Question Dell t3600 cpu cooler alternative

Hello !
A relative of mine has an old Dell t3600 precision workstation and I want to know what cooler can I use instead of the OEM dell cpu cooler
I saw lots of guides about moding a noctua cooler to fit into the screws holes ( ILM mount or something ) , and about the Dell s aio that was used on other servers .
my question is if i can use other Aio coolers like deepcool or corsair brands that are compatible with lga 2011 socket
I am aware that beneath the motherboard are the screws mounts that won t let me put back the motherboard but i was thinking of cutting those off .
Does the motherboard support regular aio ?
Any advice is welcome !

i have checked those , got some ideea about that , also i have checked a guide with a noctua cooler that required to remove the screw springs and replace with some washers for pressure , but i wanted to know about some AIO diy solution
