Dell upgrade

Hello I have a dell xps 410 and want to go to a quad core cpu which one can i upgrade to?

Normally it should work fine with Q6x00 because has 965 chipset but i'm not sure if Dell added quad core on their supported cpu list.

I think is a better idea to send them an email or call them and ask them.

It would work fine with Kentsfield Quads.
Unless you really need the extra core's and can find a used chip at a good price, it's not a very good upgrade.
