Difference between Battlefield 3 VS Battlefield 3 Premium?

I own the original Battlefield 3 pc download game that I got from purchasing 7970 card.
Honestly, I like to play single player and a little bit disappointed that it doesn't have that much fun for single player.
Now I see that there is Battlefield 3 Premium that offers expansion pack but I'm a little bit confused with what I will get from BF3 Premium.
So my questions are:

1. Does this BF3 Premium include original BF3 game or is it just expansion packs? I don't want to have double BF3 game in my steam account.
2. If the BF3 Premium includes the original game, is there a way that I can only buy the expansion packs?
3. Do these expansion packs add more option to play single player or is it just for multi player?
4. Knowing that I mostly play single player, will it benefit me to buy this BF3 Premium?

1) its just the expenasion pack. you gotta buy bf3 separately. for now. next month they release an all in 1 version so you may wanna wait for that.

2)you can buy each expansion as and when there released for £12/$12

3)just multiplayer maps no added extras as far as i know for single player but all the expansions haven't been released yet.

1) 'Battlefield 3: Premium Edition' offers the full game and the Premium service and is available now on Origin. (so, original game + expansion packs).
