difference between Xp home single pack and retail and OEM?

What is the difference between XP home single pack, retail and OEM????

please tell me, i am going to build a PC myself, buying the parts.

Does that mean i cant buy OEM, but then i have to buy retail: €170,- expensiver.

And what is single pack, can i buy that for a self-build pc?????

Retail includes the manual and other junk.
oem you get the disk and license sticker and thats it.
single pack is just one license.
