So, this weird issue has been randomly occurring for a while: for a split second, the screen goes black and the audio stops, but the LED light on the monitor indicates that is still receiving a signal. Then everything returns back to normal. This happens randomly, even if I am not gaming.

Here are my system specs:

GPU: Gainward Ghost 3050 (latest driver)
CPU: i3-12100f stock cooler
Motherboard: Asus Prime H610M - K D4
RAM: Corsair Vengeance PRO 8 x 2 3200MHz (running at 2133)
PSU: Corsair CV650 650W 80Plus Bronze
Note: I use an HDMI to VGA cable, it seems to be fine though.

I use MSI Afterburner to monitor the temps on my system while gaming and everything seem to be ok.

Probably not fine though.
Try with HDMI-HDMI cable instead (if your monitor supports HDMI) or
with DisplayPort-DisplayPort cable (if your monitor supports DisplayPort).

If your monitor supports VGA only, then it's most likely at least 20 years old. Time to think about getting a new monitor.

Thank you very much for your reply. I'll try another monitor.

I said the cable seems fine because the monitor is receiving a signal from the GPU. Also, what about the audio? Is it also affected by the cable?
