Question Display goes in power saving mode

Hello guys. Im having issue with my lg flatron displays i have two of them and when i plug those in my gpu it goes on power saving mode (Flatron W1942s & flatron w2230). i pluged display to my laptop with same dvi to dgmi adapter and it works. i also checked my gpu plugged it to my TV and it works also. those flatron monitors somehow have problem with my system i dont know whats a problem . tried to re instal video drivers but not helped. atm im using spacedesk program to acces my pc from phone. i chandes resolutions everything nothing helped. any suggestions? my gpu has only 1 hdmi port. and that one port works i checked.

removed gpu and pluged directly to motherboard with same cable both screens work
removed gpu , pluged my old one GTX 1050 asus. doesn't worked with hdmi but i have dvi-d to vga adapter plugged in screen now works. what the actual f***
