[SOLVED] Drivers making certain games look terrible AMD

Ive recently been playing command and conquer 3 with my brother and my games graphics looked terrible like everything was super low poly and blocky. I thought It was just the game so i tried another game maplestory 2 and when I played this game It did the same thing. I then would try to lower the settings or higher them and nothing would happen. When I decided to uninstall my drivers the settings look normal and not super low settings. But with my drivers uninstalled the games run at like 3 frames

16gb ram ddr3

AMD drivers have been horrible lately. Even worse on the newer cards.
