I'm a huge Elder Scrolls fan, but not an MMO fan at all. So I won't be playing this game.
That's not to say it won't be good though.

My main concern is losing Bethesda to this genre, which I really hope wont happen.

Does anyone know about the Fallout: Online attempt? It ended up being a Runescape, Fallout 2 looking piece of shit. I hope that it doesn't turn out like that. While 40 man raiding Whiterun (yes I know it is 1000 years in the past) sounds cool, I really think that a 4 man cooperative mode would be much better, and it would work for consoles. But they will probably make some shitty ass graphics so that people with shit computers can play it. That is why WoW is more popular than SWTOR. WoW has shitty graphics that laptops can play, while SWTOR has mediocre desktop graphics, I know that SWTOR graphics aren't the best but they sure as hell are better than WoWs. With that being said, we can only hope that this game won't end up being another clone that has horrible graphics.

Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim--they all tax graphics systems to some extent. They may not be Crysis 2, but they're as tough on a computer system as DeusX: HR at least.

Oblivion was definitely a lonely game, and I liked it that way. I'm not sure I'd like the feel of TES in an mmo. You can't get lost in your own gaming world, and in your own thoughts with hundreds of other idiots running/jumping around in circles, breakdancing, making stupid comments in chat, wearing rainbow colored armor, etc. Also, just like Fallout, Oblivion didn't feel right when trying to play in third person. I guess my character just seemed too stiff or floaty. Hard to recall, but I know it was a look and feel that didn't work well.
