Question Electric buzz sound near to CPU and in rear i/o audio panel.

Hi,
can someone help me resolve my problem?
I have problem with buzzing in rear i/o audio panel. If I connect my headphones to front audio out, there are NO buzzing ( interferences ) to be heard. Alsto When i'm close to my case i hear weird electrical buzz coming from inside my PC. . The electrical buzz is somewhere near the cpu. The amount of buzz seems to be directly correlated with the CPU usage. Because when i use FurMark and processor works on 100%. The buzzing is gone. I'm apologize for my english. And Thank you for any advice.

CPU: Intel Core i7-9700K 3.6 GHz

Motherboard: GIGABYTE Z390 GAMING X
RAM: HyperX 16GB KIT DDR4 3200MHz CL16

Ahh , the good old coil whine.
Go to bios and see if the spread spectrum is enabled (Its an tweak which removes electrical interference between components).
